What Stuff Should I Buy?

Creating a registry can be equal parts exhausting and exciting. There are so many options, how do you know what things to get and which versions of that thing is best. The truth is whatever you ended up deciding is going to work great, promise.

But! If you need some inspiration here is a registry with things that I have had success with and would recommend. It is by no means a complete list but a great place to start.

Pro tips-

When picking out baby clothes, onesies with snap sides can make changing a little easier because you don’t have to pull it over baby’s head.

Coconut oil can make the best nipple cream and I swear by Egyptian Magic for diaper cream.

Its helpful to have multi-functional spaces, multiple changing areas, different places to put the baby down, etc. This will give you a sense of freedom in your space and keep you from having to go too far to get any one thing done.

A comfortable rocking chair that also reclines is a wonderful thing to have. Check the width and make sure it is wide enough to easily fit a pillow or two. This can be the difference between a decorative chair and a functional one, it will give you enough space to bodyfeed if thats your goal or to cuddle comfortably.

Black out curtains are worth it.
